We can't wait to celebrate with you!
What time should guests arrive?
We ask that guests arrive at 4:00 pm, to allow time to get settled and find a seat before the ceremony starts.
Is there a dress code?
We are so excited to see everyone looking beautiful and dressed up, so we ask that all guests dress in cocktail attire. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit or dress shirt. Ladies, a longer cocktail dress or dressy separates are great. We ask that guests avoid jeans, tee-shirts, and polos.
Can we take photos during the ceremony?
We want to be able to look out from the alter and see the beautiful faces of our loved ones. For this reason we request that all phones, iPad, cameras etc. be stored during the ceremony. We have an incredible photographer who will be documenting the day and we will happily share photos once we receive them!
Are kids invited?
We adore your little ones, but we’re keeping the wedding adults-only apart from those in the wedding!
Can I bring a plus-one?
Please refer to your invitation, we have named all invited guests on the invitation! If you have questions please reach out to McInnis and Garrett and we are happy to clarify.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is free parking on site! There is limited parking directly in front of the hotel, but there is an additional parking lot across the street.
Which airport should out-of-town guests use?
Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) is 1hr 10min from the venue and the Bishop International Airport (in Flint, MI) is 1hr 15 min!
Will events be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outside on the riverside lawn (on turf, not grass), then we will move to the outdoor patio for cocktail hour before moving inside for the reception!
What if I need to change my RSVP?
Please contact McInnis directly at (206) 601-2430. Please be mindful that we will not be able to switch the RSVP after the RSVP deadline (July 1st).
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there is accessible rooms and all the wedding events are in accessible locations. Please reach out to McInnis and Garrett if you have concerns or would like more detailed instructions on accessibility.
